Things are looking up.

It looks like Atlanta’s multi-family industry has seen the bottom of its current economic woes and is making a turn for the better. This is evidenced in the current acquisition of Skyline at Lindbergh by Alliance Residential, a former condo community now slated to be luxury apartments in Buckhead. Also, adding to the positive outlook is the recent purchase by Amli Residential of the Alta Old Fourth Ward apartment complex.

All this activity and movement in the multi-family market makes for a bright forecast for Atlanta’s real estate community.
